🔥My name is Leon Purton. I am a military veteran and corporate leader with over two decades of experience leading in high-pressure environments. 

I partner with executives, HR leaders, and managers who are worried about sh*tty leadership hurting execution and morale, so they can sleep at night knowing their managers are driving results instead of driving people out the door.

I have seen the damage that poor leadership habits cause.

High performers leave, trust breaks down, culture turns toxic and results slip, even if on the surface things look fine. It is a slow leak that drains potential and burns out your people.

My mission is to break the cycle of sh*tty leadership and help managers build the confidence, mindset and skills to lead with courage, trust and accountability.
